Death of a student at CEG 3 in Kétou after a blood donation drive
A tragedy occurred on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at General Education College 3 in Kétou. A student in the Première D class died after taking part in a blood donation drive organized at the school by a non-governmental organization.

According to information reported by Véridique Info, as reported by Bénin News, several students took part in this humanitarian activity. Shortly after the donation, the student in question reportedly fell ill. Despite medical aid, he did not survive.
