Benin: the CNIN summons two TikTokers and their accomplices for sexual exhibition and obscene remarks during a live stream.

The individuals apprehended are being prosecuted for engaging in acts of sexual exhibitionism live, particularly by exposing themselves on camera, and for making obscene and vulgar statements during video sessions intended to accumulate views.

The investigations and the analysis of the mobile phones confiscated during the arrests also uncovered evidence of other offenses related to cybercrime. The operation targets both the main actors and their accomplices who encouraged or participated in these online sessions.

Following this intervention, the CNIN reiterated its strong warning against digital debauchery, reminding that TikTok and virtual spaces are not lawless areas.

The institution reaffirms its commitment to enforcing a zero-tolerance policy against immorality online, emphasizing that the preservation of public order and decency now extends to digital spaces.
