Pahou: 3 arrests and over 17 kg of cannabis seized in Adjarra Adovié
In Pahou, a security forces operation led to the arrest of three individuals and the seizure of more than 17 kilograms of cannabis in Adjarra Adovié, a locality in the arrondissement.

The operation took place on Thursday, December 18, 2025, as part of the fight against drug trafficking and consumption.
According to police sources, the operation targeted areas identified as storage and sales sites for prohibited products.
Officers found a large quantity of cannabis, packaged in several wraps and small bundles, with a total estimated weight of more than 17 kilograms.
In addition to the drugs, law enforcement seized three motorcycles as well as various equipment, including solar panels.
The three people arrested were taken to the Pahou police station, where they were placed in custody. They are expected to be presented to the competent judicial authorities to answer for the charges against them.
This operation is part of the security forces’ intensified effort to combat drugs, as the circulation of drugs remains a major concern for both security and public health.
