Liga: another blow for Real Madrid ahead of the clash with Celta Vigo
After suffering a quadriceps injury against Athletic Club, English defender Trent Alexander-Arnold is expected to be sidelined for nearly two months and will miss the trip to Vigo.

Real Madrid must face another blow ahead of its Sunday visit to Celta Vigo. The club announced on Thursday, via a statement published on its official website, that Trent Alexander-Arnold is suffering from a muscle injury to his right quadriceps.
The English defender was injured the day before during Madrid’s victory over Athletic Club. Tests carried out by the medical staff confirmed the nature of the injury, which will be closely monitored in the coming days.
Signed this summer from Liverpool, Alexander-Arnold is expected to miss the match against Celta Vigo and could be sidelined for about two months.
