The show will blend storytelling, musical performances, poetry, and visual arts within the immersive environment of the venue. Oprah Winfrey explained to Reuters that the project encapsulates what she has sought to communicate for decades regarding self-awareness and personal development.

The idea took shape after she discovered the Sphere during a U2 concert in 2023. The host envisioned an event that would utilize the venue’s visual and sensory technologies to create a collective experience, rather than a mere succession of performances on stage.

Musician Jacob Collier, poet and writer Ocean Vuong, artist Ajeet, and gospel singer Wintley Phipps are among the announced guests. Composer Max Richter, musician Jon Hopkins, director Tarell Alvin McCraney, and set designer Es Devlin are also involved in the show’s design.

The title “AHA” refers to the moments of realization that the host has frequently highlighted in her shows, books, and lectures. According to the Associated Press, she hopes the audience will leave with a sense of possibility and a renewed perspective on their own journeys.

Pre-sale registration is set to open on September 15, 2026. General ticket sales are scheduled for September 25, ahead of the four performances planned for spring 2027.
