Solid and efficient, Kenya’s Harambee Stars cruised to a comfortable 3-0 win over Grenada in a friendly on Monday, showing promising signs a year out from AFCON 2027.
Kenya beat Grenada 3-0 on Monday as part of the 2026 FIFA Series. From the opening minutes, the Harambee Stars set the tempo and took control of the match through Odhiambo, who opened the scoring after just over ten minutes. Ryan Ogam quickly doubled the lead soon after, allowing his side to head into the break with an already-sizeable advantage.
After the restart, the Kenyan side continued in the same vein, controlling proceedings against an outmatched Grenada team. Kenya’s dominance was finally rewarded late in the match with a third goal from Obiero, sealing the result once and for all.
