Mr Eazi reveals his greatest regret after the loss of his mother

Nigerian singer Oluwatosin Ajibade, known by his stage name Mr Eazi, shared that his main regret was never being able to share one of the highlights of his career with his mother: seeing him perform live. A guest on the Brut podcast, the artist explained that his mother, who was very reserved by nature, did not like traveling. She notably refused to travel between Lagos and Accra, which prevented her from attending her son’s concerts, including when he performed abroad.

Mr Eazi also highlighted his mother’s constant support, who accompanied him especially through her prayers before her passing. “ My only regret in life is that my mother never got to see me perform on stage before she passed away “, he confided, describing a woman who was “ very conservative ” and who “ did not like to travel, not even from Lagos to Accra “. Despite her absence at his performances, the singer thus keeps the memory of a mother deeply present in his journey and who always supported him in her own way.
