Carabao Cup: Bobb scores his first goal as Fulham eliminates West Ham 3-2
Fulham advanced to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup by defeating West Ham 3-2 at the London Stadium on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Coming on in the second half, Oscar Bobb netted the decisive goal, marking his first for the Cottagers.

Fulham took the lead in the 13th minute through Rodrigo Muniz, who was assisted by César Palacios. West Ham equalized just three minutes later with a goal from Morato, but Palacios restored the visitors’ advantage in the 37th minute. Pablo leveled the score for the Hammers at 2-2 during stoppage time of the first half.
Álvaro Arbeloa then introduced Bobb, Josh King, and Gonzalo García in search of qualification. King retrieved the ball near the opponent’s box, and Bobb maneuvered past several defenders before finishing between the legs of goalkeeper Finlay Herrick to make it 3-2.
West Ham had one last clear chance to equalize late in the match. Jarrod Bowen found Taty Castellanos in front of goal, but Timothy Castagne cleared the ball off the line, preserving Fulham’s lead.
This victory marks Fulham’s second win under Arbeloa’s management. For Bobb, who joined the club in January 2026 after his time at Manchester City, this goal is his first with his new team.
