Senegal will play in the AFCON 2025 final. The Teranga Lions booked their place for the final after their victory over Egypt this Wednesday evening. Against the Pharaohs in a fiercely contested match, the Senegalese won 1-0. The only goal of the match was scored in the second half by captain Sadio Mané.
Now in the final, the Teranga Lions will seek to claim their second continental crown next Sunday against the winner of the other semi-final between Morocco and Nigeria. The two teams face off this Wednesday evening from 9 p.m. (GMT+1).
