Benin: the CHIC is launching a recruitment for six positions
The International Hospital Centre of Calavi (CHIC) has launched a new call for applications to strengthen its teams. Six positions are to be filled in various fields, ranging from health to logistics, including accounting and management of international operations.
The International Hospital Centre of Calavi (CHIC) has announced the opening of recruitment for six positions within its services. This recruitment campaign is aimed at Beninese professionals with the required qualifications and proven experience in their respective fields.
The positions to be filled are as follows: mission officer biomedical engineer, internal logistics transporter, international operations manager, supply officer, general accounting supervisor, and director of nursing.
According to the recruitment notice, candidates must justify their professional experience relevant to the targeted functions and demonstrate a good ability to adapt to a demanding work environment.

1- Mission Officer Biomedical Engineer

REQUIRED SKILLS
TRAINING OR REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Degree in biomedical engineering (Bac+5);
-Experience in a hospital center in a similar position (minimum 5 years)
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
-Biomedical equipment and medical devices;
-Public procurement and contract management;
-Financial analysis (total cost of ownership):
-Biomedical maintenance and computerized maintenance management;
-Biomedical standards and regulations:
-Professional English (minimum B2 level)

2- Internal Logistics Transporter

REQUIRED SKILLS
-Training and/or qualification
-Valid driving license B and B1
-High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics transport field
-Physical ability for handling and driving utility vehicles
-Degree in logistics or equivalent experience.
-Experience in a hospital environment (a plus).
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Knowledge of hospital internal transport protocols.
Mastery of hygiene and safety standards.

3- International Operations Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS
TRAINING OR REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Possession of a Bac +3 degree in Finance, Accounting, or any other recognized equivalent diploma.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
-Proven professional experience of two (02) years in managing current operations, management operations on dematerialized platforms in both private and public sectors, in banking, etc.
-Good knowledge of Beninese financial legislation (financial constitution, Beninese organic law, decrees and regulations of a financial nature, etc.)
-Good knowledge of hospital management software and office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES
-Leadership and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team;
-Sense of organization and professional discretion:
-Ability to manage priorities under pressure;
-Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally.

REQUIRED SKILLS
-Possess a university degree of level Bac+3 in accounting management, Finance-Accounting, or any other related diploma.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
-Justify three (03) years of professional experience in accounting;
-Justify two (02) years of professional experience in an accounting firm would be an advantage:
-Justify a good knowledge of accounting practices in national or international hospital establishments would be an advantage;
-In-depth knowledge of current accounting standards and IFRS accounting standards;
-Justify a good knowledge of hospital management software and office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
