Bac 2026 in Benin: here is the schedule for the next steps after the results
After a national eligibility rate of 66.78%, candidates for the 2026 Baccalauréat continue the process with the next steps outlined by the Baccalauréat Office. Optional exams, oral exams, and final deliberations are scheduled until July 18.
Candidates for the June 2026 Baccalauréat now know the next dates after the publication of the eligibility results. This year, the national rate stands at 66.78%, compared to 73.02% in 2025.
For candidates involved in the optional exams, the first deadlines are set for Saturday, July 11, 2026, with compositions in national languages and in Family and Social Economics.
The optional exams in drawing and music will take place on Monday, July 13, 2026. The same period will be marked by physical education and sports (EPS) exams, scheduled for Monday, July 13, and Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
After these various assessments, the Baccalauréat Office will conduct the second deliberation on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Eligible candidates who are involved in the oral exams will then appear before the juries on Friday, July 17, 2026.
The final step of the process will occur on Saturday, July 18, 2026, with the third and final deliberation, which will reveal the definitive results of the 2026 Baccalauréat in Benin.
