Invited to Romário’s YouTube channel, the Spanish coach placed Brazil at the top of his favorites. He particularly highlights the influence of Carlo Ancelotti, whose ability to elicit the best from his players could make the difference. They can be champions. With Ancelotti, they have a coach capable of getting the best out of his group, and Brazil remains a reference in this competition, he explained.
At the same time, Xavi cites other serious contenders: Spain, Argentina, the reigning champions, France and Portugal. More measured regarding other great nations, the former Catalan midfielder believes Germany starts with a slight disadvantage, while England could spoil the party.
