Like Morocco, Tunisia will also play in the 2026 World Cup finals. The Carthage Eagles clinched their ticket to the global tournament after their win over Equatorial Guinea on Monday.
Facing Nzalang Nacional on matchday eight, the Tunisians won 1-0. The only goal of the game was scored by Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane in stoppage time (96′).
Tunisia therefore qualify for the 2026 World Cup from Group H with 22 points. It’s the third consecutive time the Carthage Eagles will be in the World Cup finals.
