Sindika: “LA ROMA” transforms La Playa into an arena on 12 September in Abidjan

The Tikerama ticketing platform announces two ticket categories priced at 10 000 and 20 000 FCFA. UrbanBus Event, which also lists the evening under the same name, confirms La Playa as the concert venue.

With “LA ROMA,” Sindika bets on a highly crafted visual identity. The project presentation evokes the imagery of the Roman arena, with laurel wreaths, cuirass, and gladiator codes surrounding the artist, a way to extend on stage the conquering aesthetic that accompanies his “INVASION” series of projects.

This date comes less than six months after the release of “INVASION TOME II,” published on 27 March 2026. The project includes fifteen tracks and features artists such as Didi B, Black K, King Veli, Samba Peuzzi, and Wally B. Seck, with distribution handled by Sony Music Entertainment Africa FR for Diby Production.

A very stage-focused comeback for Ivorian rap

In Abidjan, Sindika’s concert kicks off a particularly busy end-of-year period for the local music scene. Several Ivorian media outlets report a packed schedule through December, including concerts by Fally Ipupa at Félix-Houphouët-Boigny Stadium on 24 and 25 December, and Seun Kuti at the French Institute and then at the Palais de la Culture in Abidjan in early December.

“LA ROMA” is presented as a first edition. Organizers have not announced any other dates so far, with the evening of 12 September remaining, at this stage, the only scheduled event around this concert-concept.
