Regina Daniels: the actress celebrates her parents’ reconciliation after years of disagreement
Nigerian actress Regina Daniels shared a message on Facebook in which she welcomes the reconciliation of her parents, who had long been estranged. A rapprochement she calls a “miracle” because it occurred during the prolonged detention of her brother and sister in Abuja.

Two former sworn enemies reunited solely for their daughter’s happiness. That’s how Regina Daniels describes her parents’ union in a post published Thursday on her official Facebook account. “Two sworn enemies reconciled with no ulterior motive other than their daughter’s happiness,” the actress wrote, before thanking God for this unexpected situation.
The Nollywood actress, currently based in Abuja, also mentions the detention of “Sammy”, her brother whose arrest seems to affect her deeply. “His detention is lasting far too long, but we’ll get him out, even if I have to go myself and create a storm,” she said.
In the rest of her message, Regina Daniels paid a heartfelt tribute to her parents. She described her father as “one of Nigeria’s greatest lawyers of his time,” before adding that her mother is “a powerful woman” ready to do anything for her children. “I love you, Mom and Dad. It’s all I’ve ever wanted,” she concluded as the caption to several photos of her parents.
As a reminder, last Monday, Regina Daniels, a successful actress and wife of billionaire senator Ned Nwoko, published a heartbreaking message on her social media in which she mentions the prolonged detention of her relatives. “Sammy’s detainment is taking way too long,” she wrote, implying that her brother was being held in detention in Abuja, as was her sister. According to the actress, these arrests would be directly linked to her husband, Ned Nwoko, whom she accuses of being behind them following a marital dispute that became public.
