The deadline for receiving applications, originally set for Friday, November 28, has been extended until Friday, December 5.
This decision aims to allow a larger number of candidates to complete their registrations, especially since several applications were reported as incomplete or non‑compliant during initial administrative checks.
Competition officials explain that many candidates affected by these irregularities must make updates on the platform. They are asked to verify and, if necessary, correct essential information such as the Personal Identification Number, surname, given names, date of birth, gender, height, or the department chosen for the examination.
Candidates must also re‑upload all required documents in a readable, valid and compliant format. These include the birth certificate, the CIP card, the criminal record, a legalized baccalaureate certificate or diploma, the certificate of nationality and the payment receipt received by email after registration.
Authorities stress the importance of carefully checking the file preview before any submission in order to avoid the application being invalidated.
A specific instruction is also addressed to candidates regarding the names of uploaded files. No document should contain special characters such as the at sign, accents or various dashes. Files must have simple, unaltered names. For example, a document named acte_naissance.pdf should be renamed actenaissance.pdf to meet the platform’s technical requirements.
