Miley Cyrus: nearly 1.5 million fans in the presale queue

The 33-year-old singer has announced only two dates at the famous California venue. Ticketmaster confirms concerts on Friday, October 16, and Sunday, October 18, with general sales set to begin on Thursday, September 10, at 10:00 am local time in Los Angeles.

This high demand accompanies the new musical era of the artist known for “Flowers.” Her tenth studio album, Bass Persuades, is set to be released on September 18 through Atlantic Records. Miley has already unveiled the title track of the album, while the New York band Model/Actriz is announced as the opening act for both nights at the Hollywood Bowl.

The choice of venue holds personal significance for the artist. In her initial announcement shared by Pollstar, Miley explained that she had often attended concerts at the Hollywood Bowl without ever performing there herself. She described these two nights as a return to Los Angeles, a city she feels is deeply connected to her journey.

The October concerts will notably mark a rare return to a large stage format for the American star. In recent years, Miley Cyrus has favored one-off appearances and festivals over a traditional long tour, making these two dates particularly sought after.

The American Express presale began on Tuesday, September 8, followed by an artist presale and then access for select Spotify subscribers on Wednesday. Ticketmaster indicates that public sales will be limited to four tickets per order, subject to availability.

The next key date is set for Thursday, September 10, for the start of general sales. At this stage, the two concerts remain the only dates announced at the Hollywood Bowl in connection with the release of Bass Persuades.
