Jürgen Klopp continues to attract interest. After leaving Liverpool in 2024 after nearly nine years, the German coach had chosen to step away from the pitch to take a break. Since then, he has headed the football department of the Red Bull group, a strategic role away from the touchline.

But according to his representative, Marc Kosicke, the solicitations have never ceased. In an interview granted to Transfermarkt, the agent revealed that several Premier League giants had tried their luck. “Before joining Red Bull, Jürgen could have coached the United States or England,” he revealed. “Probably Germany as well, if Julian Nagelsmann hadn’t gone there yet.

Kosicke goes further: “Even Chelsea and Manchester United have inquired, although Jürgen has clearly stated that he would not coach any other club in England. These requests continue to pour in.” A stance consistent with Klopp’s attachment to Liverpool. Despite the overtures from English giants, the former Reds manager seems determined to preserve his legacy on the banks of the Mersey, while exploring a new chapter in his career behind the scenes of European football.
