Ghana to host the 2027 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.
Having already hosted in 1999, Ghana will again host the Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in 2027. A twelve-team tournament, also a qualifier for the FIFA U-20 World Cup, where South Africa will defend its title.

Ghana has been designated to host the next edition of the Africa U-20 Cup of Nations in 2027. A competition that the West African country is set to organize for the second time in its history. The first dates back to 1999, an edition that remains in local memory. Driven by their fans, the Black Satellites had then clinched the title by defeating the Flying Eagles in the final.
Twelve teams are expected for this continental showdown, which will also serve as the qualifying tournament for the 2027 FIFA U-20 World Cup. The reigning champions, South Africa, will defend their crown in this highly anticipated edition.
