Galatasaray: Victor Osimhen pushes for the signings of Pape Gueye and Ademola Lookman

Victor Osimhen could not stop praising Ademola Lookman and Pape Gueye. The Galatasaray forward hailed the qualities of both players, who are at the center of transfer rumors sending them to Istanbul during the winter transfer window. Currently under contract with Atalanta, Ademola Lookman, like Pape Gueye, who plays for Villarreal, is reported to be on the Turkish champions’ radar.

Asked about Galatasaray’s supposed interest, Osimhen was nonetheless cautious about his club’s actual intentions. “Lookman and Pape Gueye are very good players,” the Nigerian international told the outlet Now Spor. “But I don’t know what the club is currently doing in the transfer market.” These comments came just hours after Galatasaray’s defeat to Manchester City in the Champions League on Wednesday evening.
