This March, Canal+ Bénin is rolling out a promotional campaign dubbed “royal month”, featuring a set-top box at a reduced price, free installation for new subscribers, and 15 days of access to all channels for customers who re-subscribe.
Canal+ Bénin presented this Thursday to the press a series of promotional offers aimed at strengthening its relationship with its subscribers. On the occasion of March, the pay‑TV operator highlights a promotion dubbed “royal month”, combining benefits for new customers and rewards for loyal subscribers.
Marketing and customer value management head at Canal+ Bénin, Boris Agbéley, detailed the contours of this initiative during the meeting. “During this month of March, we decided to dedicate a special offer to our subscribers. We called this period the “royal month” for our clients,” he explained.
The set-top box at 1,000 CFA francs starting from the Évasion package, free installation
The first offer targets new subscribers. “The decoder is offered at 1,000 CFA francs starting from the Évasion package. Specifically, with 11,000 CFA francs, you can become a Canal+ subscriber immediately,” the official noted. Another major advantage: the installation of the equipment is completely free. “You have nothing to pay for the installation and you can start enjoying the Canal+ experience almost immediately,” he added, ensuring that the quality of the service remains guaranteed thanks to “authorized and trained technicians”.
This promotion, valid from March 2 to April 2 while stocks last, also comes with benefits for current subscribers. “Those who re-subscribe during this period will benefit from 15 days of access to all Canal+ channels”, Boris Agbéley indicated.
In addition to this expanded access, subscribers will be able to enjoy the additional channels of the DSTV English+ bouquet, including notably highly sought-after sports content. “Football fans will be well served”, the marketing head noted, recalling that Wednesday matches are broadcast on Canal+, while those on Tuesday, notably in the Champions League, are available via English DSTV+.
Beyond sports, Canal+ also highlights a varied programming lineup with series, cinema, entertainment and African productions, including the new season of Les coups de la vie or the international series Penthouse. With this campaign, Canal+ Bénin aims to attract a broader audience while retaining its existing subscribers, in an increasingly competitive audiovisual market. “The jewels of the crown are waiting for you,” concluded Boris Agbéley, inviting the public to join “the Canal+ family” during this promotional period.
