REGULATORY MEASURES

●PRESIDENCY : Establishment of the Commission in charge of toponymy and national memory and appointment of its members.

●FOREIGN AFFAIRS : Decree establishing the procedure and modalities for concluding headquarters agreements between the State and international organizations in the Republic of Benin.

●FOREIGN AFFAIRS : Decree establishing the conditions, procedure and modalities for concluding headquarters agreements between the State and foreign associations, foundations or non-governmental organizations, as well as the types of related benefits in the Republic of Benin.

●ENERGY, WATER AND MINES : Decree setting minimum energy performance standards and the energy labeling system for electric lamps and new household appliances in the Republic of Benin.

●TOURISM, CULTURE AND ARTS : Appointment of the members of the National Commission for the Protection of Cultural Heritage.

COMMUNICATIONS

●DEVELOPMENT : Approval under the Investment Code.

●HEALTH : Full project management assignment for the reconstruction of the departmental hospital centers (CHD) of Atacora and Donga.
