A national census of deceased individuals who were registered in RAVIP will soon be launched. This was announced through an official statement signed by the Director General of ANIP.
The operation, initiated by the National Agency for the Identification of Persons (ANIP), will involve the collection and recording of deaths of those who had participated in RAVIP and for whom no secure death document had been issued so far. This campaign will take place from May 6 to May 20, 2024, in all municipal town halls across Beninese communities, as well as in every district of special status municipalities, according to the statement from the Director General of ANIP.
