Benin: casting sessions for the recruitment of cultural supervisors in schools
As part of the promotion of arts and culture within Benin’s education system, the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and the Arts is launching a recruitment process to select specialist supervisors to run cultural classes in schools.

Shortlisted candidates are invited to attend casting sessions, to be held on April 23 and 24 2025 from 07:30 in several centers across the country.
To take part in the auditions, each candidate must bring the following documents:
- Valid ID
- A pen
- Proof of diploma (BEPC or equivalent)

A project to strengthen cultural education
The aim of this recruitment program is to provide Beninese schoolchildren with quality supervision and structured access to artistic and cultural disciplines. This initiative is in line with the government’s desire to make culture a lever for education and identity, while professionalizing the players in the arts sector.
