Benin: Appointments from the Council of Ministers on July 23, 2025

The council of ministers met this Wednesday, July 23, 2025, in the effective presence of the head of state, President Patrice Talon. The government made new appointments within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Indeed, on the proposal of the foreign affairs minister, President Patrice Talon issued appointment decrees for the following persons as thematic ambassadors in charge of diaspora Afro-descendants in the United States.

These are Mr. Shelton Jackson Spike LEE and Mrs. Tonya Lewis LEE.
