AFCON 2025: Egypt’s squad, including Mohamed Salah
The Egypt national team coach has released the list of players called up for the final phase of AFCON 2025 in Morocco. And Hossam Hassan has called up a group of 28 Pharaohs, including Mohamed Salah.
Despite his delicate situation at Liverpool, where he has been relegated to the bench, Mohamed Salah will indeed be present at AFCON 2025 which opens in a few days in Morocco. The Pharaohs’ captain has been called up along with 27 others for the final phase of the continental tournament.
His teammate and Manchester City forward, Marmoush, is also included in the squad, as is the experienced Trezeguet. The Pharaohs are drawn into Group B with Angola, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
