Moele-Bénin entered the headquarters of the Commission électorale nationale autonome (CENA) late in the evening on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, to complete the formalities of submitting its candidacy files. The party, taking part in the race for the legislative elections, chose one of the last available time slots to comply with the requirements of the Electoral Code.
The delegation sent for the occasion was led by the party president, Jacques Ayadji, accompanied by several officials and representatives. Their presence underscores the strategic importance Moele-Bénin attaches to the January 11, 2026 election.
By arriving at 10:27 p.m. and being officially registered at 10:31 p.m., the party was among the last to file its paperwork before the deadline. Like all other contenders, Moele-Bénin had to submit the lists of main and substitute candidates as well as those reserved for women.
