The name of Taylor Swift’s fiancé was briefly mentioned during the sentencing hearing of Siddharth Jawahar on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, in Missouri. According to KY3, prosecutors did not provide details regarding the individual circumstances of the victims. Representatives for Kelce and his team had not responded immediately.

A Forbes article published in 2021 identified Travis Kelce as an investor in the Swiftarc Venture Labs Fund, an entity linked to the scheme. This information, noted by People, establishes a public connection to Swiftarc but does not quantify his losses.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Jawahar raised over $35 million between July 2016 and December 2023. Only about $10 million is believed to have been actually invested. Nearly 99% of the funds entrusted to Swiftarc were concentrated in a single asset, Philip Morris Pakistan, the decline of which was concealed from clients.

Authorities also accuse the manager of using funds from new investors to pay back earlier ones and to finance a lavish lifestyle. Statements sent to clients showed fictitious profits while their investments were losing value.

Siddharth Jawahar, 38, pleaded guilty in January to three counts of wire fraud. He was sentenced to eleven years in prison and ordered to pay $31.35 million in restitution. The investigation was conducted by the FBI with support from the Manhattan District Attorney’s office.
