The Los Angeles police were initially called for a possible “hot prowl,” a term used when a break-in or burglary is reported while occupants are inside. However, upon investigation, officers did not find any signs of forced entry into the house, TMZ reported in an update.

The suspect had already left the property by the time the police arrived. Law enforcement searched the area but did not locate him, and a trespassing report was filed.

According to TMZ, Quentin Tarantino was not present at the time of the incident. KTLA added that the investigation is ongoing to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the man’s entry onto the property.
