Kandi: a security guard found hanged at his home

According to information reported by 24 Hours in Benin, it was his wife and children who made the grim discovery upon waking up on Sunday morning. The tragedy occurred during the night, while the other family members were asleep. At this stage, no note or message has been found to explain his actions.

Upon being alerted, the republican police immediately went to the scene for the usual procedures. The body has been transferred to the morgue of the Zone Hospital in Kandi, pending the results of the autopsy which could shed light on the exact circumstances of the death.
