The program targets companies in manufacturing, agriculture, food processing, and nutrition. The first day focused on preparing for funding, accessing markets, clean energy, and growth models capable of withstanding high production costs.

On Friday, September 11, the second day will take a more digital turn. Google Hustle Academy is hosting an in-person bootcamp dedicated to the use of artificial intelligence in strategy, marketing, finance, and the daily operations of a business.

The format also aims to connect female leaders with various funding channels. FCMB is supporting the 2026 edition as the exclusive banking partner through SheVentures, its initiative for women-owned businesses, while investors, development finance institutions, and public decision-makers are participating in the discussions.

Alitheia Capital presents W.O.M.A.N. as a business development program rather than just a networking event. The selected companies were chosen based on their level of formalization, revenue, and growth potential, with pathways announced to partner funding sources for the more advanced profiles.

After Lagos, part of the support will continue on Nzinga, Alitheia’s training platform. Participants will have access for twelve months to work on financial management, investment preparation, export, compliance, and more energy-efficient production practices.

The bootcamp on September 11 is offered free of charge to 300 participants, with a certificate of completion awarded at the end of the day.
