Who is Pamphile Zomahoun?
Born on June 1, 1971, Pamphile Zomahoun is an officer in the gendarmerie. He is also a former GIGN elite unit member and has served respectively as the head of the presidential escort under President Boni Yayi and commander of the gendarmerie group in Cotonou.
