Muhammadu Buhari, président du Nigé[email protected] News

Nigeria’s presidential spokesman Femi Adesina, formally denied rumours that President Muhammadu Buhari had married a second wife.

Over the past week, contradictory reports of nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari taking a new wife have been circulating widely. According to that information, the elected representative is no other person than the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq, whose marriage to President Buhari would take place today, friday 11th october.

Faced with all these false allegations, the spokesman for the nigerian presidency stepped up to the plate and formally denied them. Femi Adesina claims that this information, which is said to be held by the Presidency’s secret sources, does not reflect the truth in any way. President Buhari is not about to marry a second wife.

According to a Legit TV source, the Humanitarian and help minister that the providers of this statement said that she would marry the president this Friday is not even in Nigeria right now, she would be currently in New York to promote a UN campaign against poverty. There is every reason to believe that the information has obviously been dumped on the web.

As for the current nigerian First Lady Aisha Buhari, she’s on a trip to the United Kingdom.
