The National Autonomous Electoral Commission (Naec), which has been asked to provide its technical support for the organization of elections to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Benin (CCIB), will launch its activities on Monday, 14 October 2019. In a press release made public on Thursday, October 10, the President of the Cena informed the stakeholders of the start of the voter census throughout the country and the receipt of the nomination papers.
As part of the organisation of consular elections to the CCIB, the Naec is launching the voter census next Monday. In the 12 positions that will be set up for this purpose, voters will be registered; but also the nomination files will be received.
The Cena’s mission in this electoral process officially ends on 26 November 2019 with the transmission of the electoral list.
