Egypt: Pharaohs’s new coach is known!
Egyptian football federation has just revealed the identity of
pharaohs’s new coach. After the premature failure at ANC 2019, Egypt has begun his reconstruction phase.
The Pharaohs of Egypt have a new coach as of this Thursday, September 19. The Egyptian football federation, currently led by a standards committee, chose Hossam El-Badry to lead the national team. The new technician is the former coach of the club Al Ahly, champion of Egypt in 2017 and 2018.
As a player, he has 18 caps under his belt. In addition to the formalization, no further details were leaked about his contract. This appointment is a logical follow-up to the instructions of President Abdelfattah Al Sissi, who had expressed a vow note to see any more foreign technicians at the head of his country’s national team. While waiting for his specifications, the 59-year-old coach must quickly build a competitive team for the next CAN 2021 qualifiers in Cameroon and the Qatari World Cup in 2022.
